Pasifika Development Office
The Pasifika Development Office is a one-stop-shop for all MIT staff. We have a team that caters to the needs of new and current staff members. Our support includes professional development, connecting and engaging with Pasifika communities, Pasifika research, and much more.
We run face-to-face workshops focused on accelerating engagement with Pacific peoples both internally and externally. Some of the content covered in the workshops includes how to foster and improve your cultural intelligence with Pacific students, families, and communities and learning how to empower and engage your Pasifika staff base.
